Radtel support technicians and Engineering staff are available 24 hours a day and our dedicated support centre has multiple engineers available to support your system remotely or on site.

Although we understand that all customers may have differing support requirements we have setup some standards to give the best value for money to our clients. Ranging from Bronze support agreements through to Platinum agreements, Radtel Engineering has a support package that will suit your needs. And if one of these doesn’t quite fit, we will customise a support agreement for you.
